The Joint Fatigue Testing Machine is widely used in biotribology research for artificial joint replacement materials, including acetabular cup components, femoral heads, menisci, structural materials for tibial components, and lubricant materials for knee and hip joints.

Usage:
The friction-corrosion module of the Joint Fatigue Testing Machine is a customizable system that can include one or multiple corrosion bath positions, with up to six baths, providing a unique measurement method for typical durability tests in biotribology.
Capable of continuous operation for 5 million cycles.
All corrosion bath positions are programmable for multi-directional simultaneous operation.

To accommodate complete cup seats, holders, and allow movement in different directions, the sample disk has a unique design. If needed, we can provide a standard sample disk sketch.
